Can I reset my password if I don’t know my username?

Unfortunately, no. You need your username to reset your password. Please use the “Forgot Username?” process first to retrieve it, and then you can reset your password.

Can I change my username?

For security reasons, your username is permanent and cannot be changed after your account is created. The good news is you can always change your password and update your contact information whenever you like.

My verification code isn’t working. What now?

Security codes expire after a short time for your protection. If it’s not working, you can request a new one. Just wait a moment and click “Send a new code.”

Is two-step verification mandatory?
