2. Search for “MyChart” (make sure it’s by Epic Systems).
3. Tap “Get” to download and install the app.
4. Once it’s installed, open the app and search for “Jefferson Health” as your provider.
5. Log in using your existing Jefferson MyChart username and password. New? You can create an account directly from the app.
For Android Users:
1. Open the Google Play Store on your device. Or Copy https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=epic.mychart.android&hl=en
2. Search for “MyChart” (by Epic Systems).
3. Tap “Install.”
4. After installation, open the app, find and select “Jefferson Health” as your provider.
