If you have an activation code from your last visit, you can get your account up and running in just a few minutes. You can find this code on your After Visit Summary or in an email invitation from Jefferson. It typically looks something like this: JEF12-8AB9C-3D45E.

Are You Signing Up with an Epic MyChart Chart ID?
If you already have a MyChart account with another health system that uses Epic (the same software we use), you might be able to use your existing credentials!
